We are excited to introduce Pastor Andrei Dziuba, our new Coordinator of Church Planting and Church Development.

Andrei and his wife Elvira have been faithfully serving the Lord for many years and are blessed with four children — David (27), Angela (25), Kristina (24), and Ilya (13).

Originally from Russia, Andrei came to faith in 1993 and soon after felt God’s call to missions and church planting. In 1994, he helped establish a new church in Oktyabrsky, Bashkortostan, and later earned his bachelor’s degree in theology from the Moscow Theological Seminary in 2002. For the next two decades, he served as a missionary and pastor throughout the Ural region, becoming the Senior Pastor of the Central Baptist Church in Ufa in 2011.

From 2016 to 2022, Andrei served in the national office of the Union of Evangelical Christians-Baptists of Russia, overseeing the training and sending of missionaries to some of the most difficult countries for the Gospel to spread in.

When the war in Ukraine began, Andrei and his family relocated to the United States, settling in Sacramento, California, in May 2022. There, Andrei along with a local Pastor planted a new church that has quickly grown to over 200 members, many of whom are refugees from Russia and Ukraine who are encountering the hope of Jesus for the first time.

Andrei brings a wealth of experience, a pastor’s heart, and a deep passion for multiplying healthy, mission-minded churches. We are thrilled to have him on our team and look forward to all God will do through his leadership.
