Outreach Training
This 9-session course is designed to transform believers from being hesitant to share their faith into living courageously and confidently in their daily lives. Participants will build relationships strong enough to support faith-sharing, learn to start and engage in spiritual conversations, understand the Gospel message deeply, and explore methods to study the Bible with friends who are curious about faith. Tailored for the everyday believer, this course emphasizes sharing your faith in a way that feels genuine to who God has made you to be.
Short-Term Mission and Summer Ministry Training
In this comprehensive 8-hour training, we equip, empower, and encourage your teams to approach summer and short-term mission trips with intentionality and purpose. Covering essentials like spiritual preparation, effective teamwork, purpose-setting, and thorough debriefing, this course is designed to unify and strengthen your team. Participants will learn best practices, set realistic expectations for both themselves and their teams, and gain insight into what to anticipate once the mission concludes.
Teamwork Training Workshop
This 5-session workshop has been implemented globally to build stronger, more effective teams through hands-on activities, candid conversations, self-assessment, and strategic planning. Participants will be guided from a state of average engagement to one of increased focus, inspiration, and effectiveness. Based on the principles of unity and love that God desires for His people, this workshop aligns with His mission, serving as a testament to the power of a unified, mission-driven team.
Kairos*
This is a foundational course on world Christian mission. It brings out God’s heart for all the nations of the world and His desire to use His people to be a blessing to them. It emphasizes the importance of ministering to cultures that still have few or no indigenous churches. It is designed to educate, inspire and challenge Christians to meaningful participation in God’s heart for all the nations. It is a tool God is using to help transform the worldview of believers, so they see themselves as having been blessed in order to be a blessing to all people groups. *Provided in partnership with Simply Mobilizing USA.
